Vivo is set to introduce its latest mid-range smartphone, the Vivo T4 5G, in India this April. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the Vivo T3 5G, the T4 5G aims to deliver enhanced performance and features to cater to the evolving needs of tech-savvy consumers.

According to reports, Vivo plans to officially tease the T4 5G in the coming weeks, with the launch anticipated in April 2025. The smartphone is expected to be priced between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000, positioning it competitively within the mid-range segment.

The Vivo T4 5G is rumored to feature a sleek design with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The screen is expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and an enhanced user experience. Additionally, the display may boast up to 1,800 nits of brightness and a contrast ratio of 6000000:1, providing vibrant and clear visuals even under direct sunlight. 

Performance

Under the hood, the Vivo T4 5G is speculated to house the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, marking a shift from the MediaTek processors used in previous models. This octa-core processor is expected to deliver improved performance and energy efficiency, catering to multitasking and gaming needs. The device may come with 8GB of RAM, with options for virtual RAM expansion up to an additional 8GB, ensuring seamless multitasking capabilities.

Running on Android v14 with Vivo's custom Funtouch OS 14, the T4 5G is expected to offer a user-friendly interface with various customization options.
